Is there a Warranty?

Woody’s Barns stands behind its craftsmanship by offering three distinct tiers of protection included with your build designed to secure your investment under specific terms and conditions.

First, the 5 year Structural Frame Warranty guarantees that your building's frame is structurally sound from the date of completion and engineered to meet or exceed the 2026 Florida Building Code, though it excludes damages from extreme natural disasters that exceed these design limits (such as lightning, floods, or wind storms exceeding the guaranteed stress loads).

Second, you receive a 40-Year Manufacturer’s Material Warranty covering all roof, wall, and trim metal components against material failure.

Third, a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty applies directly to your doors, shutters, T-111, and Hardie wall panels, but this specific coverage relies on a strict conditional binding: the customer must prime, paint, caulk, or seal both sides and all four edges of these items within ten (10) days of job completion, or this portion of the warranty becomes completely null and void.
