What metal colors can I choose from?
Do you do Site work?
Site Work or Land Prep is not in our scope of work. We do however have plenty of sources that we have worked with throughout our 17 years building barns. Just Ask!
What's the minimum size you build?
For Open Pole Barns and storage buildings we try to keep our minimum square footage to 1,000.
For all other types of barns we provide 2-200 stall barns
Do you do Electrical and Plumbing?
We leave the Electrical and Plumbing to those trade professionals. Once our permit is finaled with you, finishing work can be done to your barn.
Are Woodys Barns Hurricane Rated?
Absolutely! As Florida natives, we know hurricanes and we don't take any chances with you or your animals well being.
We build to all Florida Counties newest wind codes.
Do you have Financing?
Yes, we do have a financing option. Without a hard pull on your credit they will evaluate how much financing they will provide, along with a reasonable interest rate.
Do I have to Pay upfront?
I mean you can if you want! But we use a draw system. This provides comfortable percentages to be paid at different stages of the barn build.
Is this a Barn Kit?
No Way! We will be with you every step of the journey. From design to finished product. Our building crew will bring your barn to life right on your property! We apply for necessary permits, call all inspections. Our seasoned building crews along with our project manager will make sure your barn or building has every detail you paid for!
