Do you have Financing?

This allows you to secure the funding you need for your new barn while keeping your cash flow completely intact.
Do I have to Pay upfront?
I mean you can if you want! But no, you do not have to pay for your project all upfront. At Woodys Barns, we believe in a transparent and fair payment structure that aligns with the physical progress of your build. We only require a 20% deposit at the signing of the contract to secure your spot on our construction schedule, lock in material pricing, and initiate the engineering and permitting processes. The remaining balance is then comfortably spaced out into structured payments in draws as the work gets done, meaning you only pay for major project milestones—such as site delivery, framing, and final completion—after those specific phases are successfully completed by our crew.
