A barn is a long term investment and we back it like one. Here is exactly what is covered, for how long, and the one condition you need to know about.
Structural Frame Warranty
Your building frame is guaranteed structurally sound from the date of completion, and engineered to meet Florida Building Code standards.

Excludes damage from extreme natural events beyond the structure's design limits, such as lightning, flooding, or wind exceeding the engineered rating.
Manufacturer's Material Warranty
The metal is built to last. All roof, wall and trim metal components carry a 40 year manufacturer warranty against material failure, through Mid Florida Metal. It covers the metal only.

This is your longest running protection: four decades on the metal skin of the building.
Workmanship Warranty
Covers workmanship on doors, shutters and wood wall panels for one year from completion.

One condition matters here: these items must be primed, painted, caulked or sealed on both sides and all four edges within ten days of job completion, or this portion of the warranty is void.

Florida weather is hard on bare wood. Doors, shutters and wood wall panels need to be primed, painted, caulked or sealed on both sides and all four edges within ten days of completion. Do that and the 1 year workmanship coverage stands. Skip it and that portion is void. We will remind you at handoff, and we will tell you exactly what to use.
The paperwork behind the promise
Woodys is fully state licensed and carries all required liability and workers compensation insurance. We pull permits and call inspections whenever the property is not AG exempt, so your barn is legal and on record. That record is what makes a warranty worth anything.
