Bradenton, Parrish and Myakka City are all in our Manatee County service area. Each barn is engineered to the current wind code, which is stricter near the coast, and Woodys handles permits and inspections when the county requires them.

We have been building out of St. Cloud since 2008. In Manatee County that means we engineer the structure to the county’s newest wind code, from 120 mph inland up to 170+ mph where the exposure calls for it, pull the permit and call the inspections whenever the property is not AG exempt, and back the frame with a 5 year structural warranty.
