Woodys has been based in St. Cloud since 2008, which makes Osceola our home county. Builds in Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Harmony and the rest of the county get our shortest drives for site visits and quotes. We are family owned and family operated, and our own crews frame and finish every barn.

Wind ratings across Central Florida
Every Woodys structure is engineered to the county's newest wind code, from 120 mph inland up to 170+ mph where the exposure calls for it. Your exact rating is set by your site coordinates. Wind requirements run stricter near the coast in Brevard County, Citrus County, Hernando County, Pasco County and Volusia County, and we engineer each barn to its specific site. Permits
We pull permits and call inspections whenever the property is not AG exempt. Some agricultural properties do not require a county permit at all, and we will tell you which applies to your site. See do you need a permit to build a barn in Florida.
