Ocala, Gainesville and north
Ocala is designated the Horse Capital of the World, and we build center aisle barns, shed rows and storage buildings in Ocala, Reddick, Citra and the rest of Marion County. North of there we build in Gainesville, Newberry, Archer and High Springs, and on through the North Florida counties above. Our service area stops at the Panhandle, which we do not build in.

Wind ratings across North Florida
Every Woodys structure is engineered to the county's newest wind code, from 120 mph inland up to 170+ mph where the exposure calls for it. Your exact rating is set by your site coordinates. Wind requirements run stricter near the coast in Levy County, Dixie County, Duval County, St. Johns County, Flagler County, Nassau County and Taylor County, and we engineer each barn to its specific site. Permits
We pull permits and call inspections whenever the property is not AG exempt. Some agricultural properties do not require a county permit at all, and we will tell you which applies to your site. See do you need a permit to build a barn in Florida.
