What we build in South Florida
Every building is custom designed and built on your property, and priced per build.
Wind ratings across South Florida
Every Woodys structure is engineered to the county's newest wind code, from 120 mph inland up to 170+ mph where the exposure calls for it. Your exact rating is set by your site coordinates. Wind requirements run stricter near the coast in Hillsborough County, Pinellas County, Manatee County, Sarasota County, Charlotte County, Lee County, Collier County, St. Lucie County, Martin County and Indian River County, and we engineer each barn to its specific site. More on what hurricane rated actually means.
Permits
We pull permits and call inspections whenever the property is not AG exempt. Some agricultural properties do not require a county permit at all, and we will tell you which applies to your site. See do you need a permit to build a barn in Florida.
