The short answer
There is no catalog price for a custom barn, because every one is designed for its owner and built on their property. Size, layout, finishes, doors, stalls and the site itself all move the number. The only accurate price is a quote written to your plans, and ours is free.
The eight things that set the price
- Size. The footprint and height of the building.
- Foundation. Including whether you want a concrete slab or a dirt floor.
- Siding material. Metal panel, wood or Hardie board.
- Roof material. Including the metal gauge and color.
- Doors and windows. Dutch doors, sliders, roll up and walk doors.
- Stalls and interior. Stall count, stall fronts, tack and feed rooms, wash bays.
- Delivery distance. How far your site is from us.
- Site prep. What the ground needs before the build starts.
What a Woodys quote includes
- A price written to your exact size, finishes and site, itemized against your own plans
- Engineering to your county's wind code, 120 to 170+ mph
- Permits pulled and inspections called by us, when the property is not AG exempt
- A 5 year structural warranty on the frame
Nothing gets added after you sign.
What is not in the price
Electrical and plumbing are outside our scope. Licensed trades handle those once our permits are closed. Site work is done by a site work company before we start; we recommend Dunwirkyn Land Development LLC and can give your site work company the specifications it needs. For a covered arena, the arena footing, base and grading are separate from the red iron building.
You do not pay it all at once
